For awhile now, Gramma and Papa's rocker has sat in our garage...unused. I just didn't have room for it in the house. It got dusty and had lots of dog hair on it, but otherwise was just fine. I wiped it down and used some furniture oil to bring out it's natural sheen. I was very pleased with how great this rocker still looks! How old is it anyway? It's got to be over 40 years old since I remember Papa rocking in it in their den. I'm sure all of us were rocked in it or sat in it many times. I did get rid of the cushions on it and don't plan on putting any back on. We put the rocker in our bedroom and it looks great in there! What a nice, sentimental piece of furniture that I'm so happy to use.
